Landworks Studio was the landscape architect selected to prepare landscape plans to complement the architecture and programming for this new mixed-use development. The plans included sustainable practices for storm water management, screening from adjacent neighbors and streetscaping elements and planters along the roadway and entrance. The design focus was to design an intentional landscape using hardy, low-maintenance plant materials with a natural look. The plant palette takes advantage of spring color using flowering trees, shrubs and groundcovers and considers fall color with the tree species and ornamental grasses.
