Baldwin City Downtown Revitalization and Streetscape

Teamed with EBH Engineering, Landworks Studio worked with the City of Baldwin City to complete a Transportation Enhancement grant for the rehabilitation of Baldwin City’s downtown streetscape.  With a successful application, our team completed design and construction documents for four and half blocks of streetscape, a parking lot and the Chamber of Commerce Plaza.  Historical character and significant events, such as The Maple Leaf Festival played a large role in the completed design.  In addition, working with a task force offered local insight and support for this significant project.
