Linwood Square Signage

Landworks Studio worked with Hoefer Welker architects on tenant signage guidelines and the monument sign design for the $8 million retail re-devleopment of Linwood Square in Kansas City’s east side.  The design guidelines were meant to provide a framework to create tenant identification and enhance the overall customer experience and aesthetics of Linwood Square. The monument signs’ materials, colors and design compliments the new exterior facade of the retail development, further transforming this area into an attractive place to live, work and play.
