Parks, Recreation and Forestry Master Plan

Landworks Studio was instrumental in the completion and  adoption of the City of Jefferson’s City-Wide Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Master Plan that will guide the City for the next 20 years.  The park system includes over 20 parks of various sizes and amenities. Our team facilitated visioning sessions with many community groups and activists including the Arts Commission, the University, private citizens and the Mountain Bike Club. We completed park assessments and conducted three design charrettes where ideas came to life. Our work continues as we complete the design for renovations for the first park based on recommendations made in the planning document.
