Landworks Studio is proud to have been part of the transformative expansion of Amethyst Place—a supportive housing community that has empowered single mothers and their children for over 25 years as they heal from generational poverty, trauma, and substance use.
The latest expansion nearly doubles the organization’s capacity with a 32-unit residential development, thoughtfully designed to foster healing and long-term growth. The new campus features recovery rooms, a wellness center, shared community areas, and outdoor spaces that turn a once-vacant lot into a vibrant and restorative environment.
This project was made possible through the collaborative efforts of a women-led, community-focused team including Amethyst Place, Rosemann & Associates, KH Engineering Group, Antella Consulting Engineers, Inc., Olsson, Rau Construction Company, Sunflower Development Group, and Tamara Day Design.
