The Bradford Falls Home Owners Association approached Landworks Studio to design a new entry monument and landscape plan that reflects the character of their community. Our team presented multiple design options before honing in on a solution that successfully addressed limited right-of-way, steep grade transitions, and visibility constraints. The final design integrates landscaping and ornamental fencing to ground the monument and create a welcoming entrance for the neighborhood.
