The transformation of these spaces helps define a welcoming gateway to Downtown Olathe, signaling that they are civic spaces for community use. Landworks Studio developed a range of material and color options, allowing the City to select the combination that best fit their character. Our team then created a scaled mock-up in collaboration with a signage contractor to demonstrate lighting effects and durability - ensuring the final design stands up over time while strengthening Olathe’s civic identity.
