The Cloverleaf Office Park’s transformation focuses on creating a welcoming and functional space for its workforce. Landworks Studio designed a series of outdoor amenities to foster collaboration, relaxation, and community. The park now includes solar-powered charging stations with seating and shade, a centrally located plaza for gathering, an outdoor kitchen with gas grills, and recreational games such as concrete table tennis and bean bag toss. A custom fire pit adds warmth and ambiance, extending the space’s use well into the fall - reflecting the evolving needs of today’s workplace.
