Community Park is a 3.5-acre neighborhood park that Landworks Studio revamped to better serve its community’s needs. Our team provided master planning and construction documentation for the park’s $2.5 million renovation - honoring the history of the surrounding Historic Foot District while creating a space for people of all ages to connect, play, and gather. The park’s updated design includes a splashpad, restrooms, shelters, playgrounds, and improved vehicular circulation alongside art elements that celebrate its rich heritage.
