In partnership with Future iQ, Landworks Studio led an innovative planning process to align the City’s parks and recreation strategy with the goals outlined in its Comprehensive Plan. The effort focused on advancing connectivity, trail expansion, and the concept of distributed recreational assets across the community.
Extensive public engagement through online surveys, interactive StoryMaps, and digital forums kept the community involved and energized throughout the process. Five key park properties were conceptually planned to serve current and future recreational needs, with each supported by detailed cost estimates, staffing and implementation strategies, and long-term funding recommendations. The result is a forward-thinking vision to guide park development and enhance the City’s regional appeal.
