The apartment complex features 274 units, including studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units and the unique community offers sought-after amenities such as a pet-friendly bark park, multiple indoor and outdoor resident lounges, coffee + tea bars within a resident kitchen, event space with conference rooms and coworking spaces, and outdoor amenities such as fire pits, a sun deck and a pool. For active residents, the site has a comprehensive facility equipped with a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio and bike storage. Residents have easy access to nearby retail and commercial amenities as part of the overall Homefield development, and throughout KCK.
