Landworks Studio collaborated with the Milhaus development team, Davidson Architecture + Engineering, and Taliaferro & Browne to design the landscape master plan for Phase I of a 325-acre mixed-use development in south Kansas City. This nearly 9-acre infill site introduces 263 luxury residential units, an amenity-rich clubhouse with maker space, an outdoor pool, an off-leash dog park, and the first segment of a future trail system that will eventually connect to the broader development and citywide network.
Strategically located near the Cerner Innovations Campus and just 15 minutes from downtown, this project sets a new standard for suburban living, blending thoughtful design with community connectivity.
